Belgian beer dinner, prepared by executive chef Evan Turney, whose menu will include lobster, scallop and striped bass seviche, salad Lyonnais, tamarind-ginger glazed pork ribs, and more, with each course accompanied by a Belgian beer selected by connoisseur Bruce Wright, who will be on hand to discuss his selections. $55. Taste of the Quarter, a fundraiser to benefit the Southern New Jersey/Shore chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, featuring a tasting of samples from 14 of The Quarter's food and drink destinations, including Cuba Libre, The Palm, P.F.
