The red and green of the herbs and sundried tomatoes give the inside of this cheeseball a holiday—and Italian—ﬂair.
Sundried Tomato-Basil Cheeseball
- 1 (8-oz) pkg softened cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup chopped sundried tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅔ cup chopped walnuts
- Crinkle cut carrot chips
- Sliced cucumbers
- Crunchy breadsticks
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, sundried tomatoes, basil, garlic powder and salt. Chill mixture 30 to 45 minutes, until ﬁrm, and shape into a ball. Roll in chopped walnuts. Serve with crinkle cut carrot chips, sliced cucumbers or crunchy breadsticks.
