One of the best things I’ve done for myself this year is to transition from eating sugary cereal for breakfast to drinking a green smoothie for breakfast instead.
There are all kinds of varieties of green smoothies, and they’re probably not at all what you’re imagining.
Most of them begin with a puree of spinach or kale or other greens, and then fruits and vegetables are added in from there.
The result is a fruit-sweetened, delicious, palatable, filling beverage that is full of things that are good for you!
It’s truly the best thing you can do for your body in the morning.
