Watermelon wedge salad.
Watermelon wedge salad.

I don’t know about you, but in our house, we start eating watermelon every day the moment we first spot one in our local farmers market. We happily eat it as is, straight out of the rind, but sometimes it’s fun to switch it up and serve our beloved fruit in new and exciting ways. We love everything from watermelon salads to soups to popsicles, and we are sharing our favorite recipes here.

Watermelon contains vitamin C and is also rich in lycopene and beta-carotene, which protects skin, lungs, nose, and throat. This is a food that you should be happy to feed your family, knowing it does loads of good to our bodies!

Citrus Watermelon Popsicles

It wouldn't be summer without a freezer full of popsicles! Citrus Watermelon Popsicles will definitely be filling many an ice pop mold in my freezer.

Coconut Watermelon Slushie

I grew up on slushies, but my kids have no clue what they are because they're just sugar and food coloring. I am beyond happy to start introducing my kids to a childhood favorite that is actually good for them! Coconut Watermelon Slushies

These adorable little Watermelon Goat Cheese bites have my mouth watering just looking at the photo! I see these making the rounds at my next dinner party!
