Beat the heat with these summer beer and fruit recipes

Summer just screams for beer and fruit. In the heat of a long July weekend, there are few things we crave like juicy fruit and cold beer. At summer gatherings, tubs full of ice and beer, and potluck dishes studded with ripe in-season fruit, turn our weekends into mini-vacations that act as short sabbaticals from our long work weeks. Combine the two—fruit and beer—and you make those weekends a little more unforgettable.
