Someone walked off with the four-foot-long steel replica of St. Patrick's sword from Kildare's West Chester location on Friday night, and owner Dave Magrogan is offering $500 in Kildare's gift cards to the person who returns it.

He says it's no questions asked.

"It's always been there," Magrogan said today, adding that the restaurant's videotape was being reviewed. He obtained the sword, made by Franklin Mint, about 10 years ago. "It's just a cool piece."

It was placed in a case and hung on the wall.

Magrogan asks anyone who knows anything about the theft to call 610-431-2485.
