Stop using the wrong beer glass

Our friends at "Table Matters," the fine food blog run by Drexel U, weigh in with a report on using the proper beer glass.

"Let’s say it’s an American IPA. The smell of Cascade hops waft upward as the evenly carbonated suds flood the glass, eventually settling with a straw-hued glow and resilient foamy head. Now, picture the same beer, served in a plastic cup. Not quite the same romantic experience, is it?"

Wine fanciers prattle on and on about the nuances of different glasses.

Go beyond the Solo cup and check out these suggestions for your suds.

The article offered education, which you are rejecting. Is that a pattern?

I don't care about the difference between a tulip glass and a snifter, but they're right about plastic. Nobody should be drinking out of Solo cups beyond high school.

Yeah, because a large stock of expensive glasses matters!

The snobbery is the one thing I despise about the wine experience. The only things I care about regarding my beer glass is that it's clean and of sufficient volume to hold both beer and foam.

Must be properly washed, that means grease removed, to provide for a proper good-looking head. I send mine back when there is no head whatsoever. Zicke-Zacke.....
