South Philly's Potito's Bakery opening in Center City
They've taken a spot at Juniper and Walnut.

South Philly's Potito's Bakery, at 1614 Ritner St., is opening a Center City location in early to mid-February, as Cristina and Matthew Benigno have signed a lease for the shop at Juniper and Walnut Streets that most recently housed Philly Chocolate and Naked Chocolate Cafe.
Cristina told me that the full line of Italian breads and pastries - plus coffee, espresso, tea - will be available at 1317 Walnut. Baking will be done in South Philly, though.
Cristina's parents, Carmen and Maria, operated the Ritner Street shop for many years until Carmen's death in 2009. The shop closed for several months. The couple reopened it in December 2009.
