The boys are closing their shops (on Seventh Street near South and in Hopewell, N.J.) from Jan. 22 to 30 as they are taking long-term staff members - 14 in all - to Rome and Naples for a 10-day pizza-eating adventure.
"We think it is important that our staff gets a taste of the food culture and have a point of reference for pizza," said Grim, who is stoked about a planned visit to a bufalo mozz farm south of Naples.

Pizza in Rome sucks. In Naples it's a bit better, but still overrated in my opinion. The best pizza can be found in the Northern part of the country. Again, it's one man's opinion, but I think I know my pizza.— hollandpa- Best pizza in the world: DeLorenzo's, Trenton, NJ— jjmasino
