Remember when it was a novelty to use a smartphone in the supermarket, maybe for some last-minute, emergency home-to-store consultation?

Most people now do it, according to a report in the trade pub Supermarket News.

Sixty-one percent of smartphone-wielding Millennials and 58% of shoppers ages 36 to 65 use their phone to shop the grocery store, says Sprint Mobile Moment of Truth Survey, performed by the Barkley ad agency.
