The former Philadelphia Fish & Co. and Q BBQ space at 205-207 Chestnut St. in Old City is being revamped as a spunky south-of-the-border concept called Lucha Cartel.

It will start opening any day now, with a target grand opening of Wednesday, April 10.

It's owned by the crew from National Mechanics around the corner. "But unless you know this, you won't be able to tell," said co-owner Darren Hill.

Expect lots of bar action and a fun menu of Mexican and Central/South American fare.
