Korean pop-up at the Art Museum

Granite Hill executive chef Gerald Drummond will offer 15 specialty dishes available Friday, April 4th from 11:30am - 2:30pm, and 5pm - 7:30pm; Saturday, April 5th from 11:30am - 3:30pm; Sunday, April 6th from 10:30am - 2:30pm.

Korean pop-up at the Art Museum

To coincide with the Philadelphia Museum of Art's exhibition "Treasures from Korea: Arts and Culture of the Joseon Dynasty," the museum's Starr-run Granite Hill restaurant is bringing out a limited-time Korean-inspired menu.

Executive chef Gerald Drummond will offer 15 specialty dishes available  Friday, April 4th from 11:30am - 2:30pm, and 5pm - 7:30pm; Saturday, April 5th from 11:30am - 3:30pm; Sunday, April 6th from 10:30am - 2:30pm.

Crispy Shrimp & Scallion Pancakes $11, scallion dipping sauce

Korean Crab Fritters $12, red pepper dipping sauce

Pulled Pork Kimchi JJiage $14, rice cakes, caramelized onions, scallions

Chilled Buckwheat Soba Noodle Salad $9, black radish, seaweed, toasted sesame, kimchi vinaigrette

French Onion Soup Gratinée $8, gruyère de comté

American Hot Dog with Kimchi Relish $12, fries, mustard, Korean slaw

Grilled Chicken Sandwich $14, bibimbap mayonnaise

BBQ Grilled Thinly Shaved Beef Ribeye $18, perilla leaves, galbi, rice

Korean Chopped Salad $13, chicken confit, pickled tomatoes, cucumbers, scallion, perilla leaf and soy chile dressing
