Keven Parker's Soul Food Cafe grand opening party
Posted on Mon, Feb 18, 2013
Last night was the official grand opening of Keven Parker Soul Food Cafe at the Reading Terminal Market. The eatery has been opened since mid-January, but Keven Parker wanted to celebrate with friends and family at an official evening cocktail party. Liquor was provided by Southern Wine and Spirits, and the food was by Keven Parker. Parker told me that the food served at the cafe will be similar to the great dishes you could get at his restaurant, Ms Tootsie on South Street, but the mission at the market is to serve "Feel Good Fast Food.", as opposed to the sit down dining experience you would get at his restaurant.
