Get to Verdad in Bryn Mawr on Sundays, where West Philly's Zach Womack is running the kitchen on owner Nick Farina's night off.

Womack, seemingly the front-runner on the current season of Hell's Kitchen on Fox, left his line cook's job at The Cambridge not long ago for the Main Line.
