They're opening at the old Maru Global (255 S. 10th St., Washington Square West) before the end of February. It will seat about 30 people, mostly in a bar setting around an open kitchen. They're going for a liquor license. Darragh says they'll open while the license is pending.
Menu will feature at least three sections: vegetables, snacks and noodles.
Update: Washington Square West's Zoning & Governmental Affairs Committee will hear the liquor application at its meeting, 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 1001 Locust St. (the Dorrance Hamilton Building), Room 224
