Broomall hair dresser designs Starbucks holiday cup
Samantha's was chosen out of 1,200 designs submitted
Broomall hair dresser Samantha was one of 13 artists who had their design chosen to be one of Starbucks holiday cups this year.
Starbucks put out a call for designs last December, asking coffee drinkers from around the world to submit potential designs via Instagram.
Samantha's was chosen out of 1,200 designs submitted. From Starbucks' site:
Samantha is a hair stylist who was on maternity leave when she created her wintery design, which features the silhouette of a deer against an evergreen wreath and snowflakes. When Starbucks put out a call for cup designs, "My daughter was three weeks old and I was doodling during nap times," she said.
Now she's looking forward to creating new holiday traditions with her daughter, who will soon be celebrating her first birthday.
Starbucks would not release more information about Samantha.
