Williams-Sonoma, technique, junior chef, and cooking classes vary by store. Williams-Sonoma at the Hyatt at the Bellevue, (200 S. Broad St., 215-545-7392, williams-sonoma.com) is hosting a Date-Night Dinner for two inspired by Jose Andres, 7 p.m. next Thursday, $50 per couple, includes paella class, dinner, and a paella pan to take home.
