It's not quite as bad as, say, wandering 40 years in the desert, but kosher-for-Passover breakfast can be a pretty bleak affair.

Now there's a better alternative: Matzolah, a granola made from matzo toasted and mixed with nuts, raisins, coconut, and maple syrup. Try the original, whole wheat, or gluten-free versions with milk, or alone as a snack.
