What to eat: If you don't like cheese, keep walking. They got BBQ mac 'n' cheese, buffalo mac 'n' cheese, sundried tomato mac 'n' cheese, mac with bacon, mac with parm panko crumbs, mac with Philly cheesesteak. Basically, a lot of mac. And a lot of cheese. A six-cheese blend, in fact. This is the foundation of Mac Mart.

Don't miss: Can't go wrong with BBQ in a Bowl - mac 'n' cheese topped with BBQ chicken chunks, corn bread crumble and BBQ drizzle. The "Wit" Mac has Philly cheesesteak, caramelized onions and a dash of ketchup. If you're feeling more adventurous, try the Sunny Tomato Bowl with sundried tomato, walnut and pecorino tapenade, garlic croutons and fresh mozzarella. For traditionalists, go with the Mac Sandwich - basically a grilled cheese with macaroni stuffed in there.

Prices: Bowls are small ($6), medium ($8) and large ($10). Sandwich is $5.

Find it: Usually at 33rd and Arch, on Drexel University's campus, in the fall and winter. Also appears at LOVE Park, the Navy Yard and elsewhere. It's pink, you can't miss it.

Story: Marti Lieberman, 23, opened Mac Mart in January after she decided that the fashion industry wasn't for her. The food truck is not exactly what she'd planned after graduating from Drexel in 2011, but like a lot of the best things in life, it just "weirdly happened," she said. The first time Lieberman made mac 'n' cheese from scratch was at her college graduation party. "It's been overwhelmingly great. I didn't anticipate the amount of feedback I've been getting," she said. "I'm booked all through the summer with private events and weddings."
