Review: There are more than 500 Charleys Philly Steaks locations, and one of them has finally made it to . . . Philly. The city's cheesesteak royalty doesn't have much to worry about, but that doesn't mean Charleys makes a bad sandwich. In fact, they make one of the best sandwiches in the food court. Charleys is no faster than ordering a steak sandwich at Pat's, Geno's or Jim's, yet it still tastes mass-produced. And it is a wee bit skimpy on the protein. Still, the Chicken Buffalo bursts with flavor thanks to the sauce. And the Original Fries ($1.99) are among the best chain potatoes out there.
