Truck Stop: Cupcakes2GoGo

Cupcakes2GoGo What to eat: It ain't rocket science: Cupcakes. South Jersey's first mobile cake manufacturer churns out the signature dessert with flavors both standard and special. Each gourmet cupcake - and they're sizable, not those miniature two-bite deals - will cost you $2.25. Save, as the saying goes, when you buy in bulk. A sixpack goes for $12. If cake isn't your bag, the truck also offers Philly favorite water ice during the summer.

Don't miss: Special flavors such as apple pie (a vanilla cupcake stuffed with apple pie filling), s'mores (vanilla cake with marshmallow filling topped with graham cracker crumbs and mini-marshmallows) and the surprisingly sweet lemon Creamsicle (vanilla cake, lemon filling and meringue-like icing).

Backstory: Baker and owner Ginny Moles wanted to bring the Philly food truck concept over the Ben Franklin Bridge. After a one-day apprenticeship with the city-based Buttercream truck, she started up her own operation last spring.
