* Restaurants and bars are getting on the Prohibition bandwagon with the new exhibit opening at the National Constitution Center Friday. City Food Tours' "Prohibition Cocktail Tour," every second and fourth Saturday, is a two-hour journey to three Philly watering holes. $55. Details at cityfoodtours.com.

* We're applauding R2L (50 S. 16th St., 215-564-5337, r2lrestaurant.com) over this great fall theater and concert season deal - a $45, three-course pre-theater dinner (5-6:30 p.m.) that includes a $10 parking validation and allows you to return for the dessert course after the show. * Every Thursday, Chef David Ansill of Bar Ferdinand (1030 N. 2nd St., 215-923-1313, barferdinand.com) explores Spanish-inspired dishes with themed tastings. Thursday from 4:30-11 p.m. it's "The Cow," a tongue-to-tail menu with lots of stops in-between. $40 a person. 215-923-1313.

* Chefs Eric Ripert and Nathan Volz are getting autumnal with their Fall Chefs Dinner Tuesday at 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge by Eric Ripert inside the Ritz-Carlton (10 Avenue of the Arts, 215-523-8273, 10Arts.com). Seatings are 5:30-10 p.m. Six courses, $125; add $50 for wine pairings.

* Taqueria del Sol, based in Georgia, is taking the 12-year-old franchise north to open Monday in Willow Grove (4001 Welsh Road, 215-657-4500). The menu is southwestern with a "cross-cultural flair" of Mexican and southern cuisines. The full bar has a large tequila list, specialty margaritas and a build-your-own-margarita.
