A fan favorite gets booted from ‘Dancing with the Stars’ VIDEO

Brave is apparently what gets sent home in the third week of Dancing with the Stars.

The big question going in to the night: would the Science Guy dance or not? Bill Nye sustained a quadriceps tear last week and was advised by his doctor not to take to the floor with partner Tyne Stecklein.

The big question afterwards was: Did Nye dance or not? You watch this clip of his “jazz robot dance” to Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” and tell me: Was that dancing or posing?

The judges gave him a 16, which seemed generous to me, but the crowd was clearly in Nye’s corner, booing when he was eliminated.

Valerie Harper and Tristan MacManus were the other bottom dwellers with 16 and Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke were slightly better at 22.

How bad must Keyshawn Johnson feel? “Wait, I got kicked off before that guy?”
