Ellen Gray's weekend TV picks: 'Nurse Jackie' finale, robot 'Humans,' BET awards and more

* NURSE JACKIE. 9 p.m. Sunday, Showtime.

Is there another show that's nailed the frustration of loving an addict more than this one? Sunday's series finale, "I Say a Little Prayer," isn't likely to find Jackie Peyton (Edie Falco) living happily ever after. Is it too much to hope, though, that she'll at some point be living one day at a time?

* HUMANS. 9 p.m. Sunday, AMC.

In this British-American adaptation of a Swedish sci-fi series about a future that includes humanoid robots, William Hurt stars as an aging engineer who's clinging to his outdated "synth." Katherine Parkinson plays a mother threatened by her family's new one.

* BET AWARDS 2015. 8 p.m. Sunday, BET.

Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross, stars of "Black-ish," host the 15th annual awards show.

* FALLING SKIES. 10 p.m. Sunday, TNT.

The Noah Wyle alien-invasion series begins its fifth and last season.

* GLEN CAMPBELL . . . I'LL BE ME. 9 p.m. Sunday, CNN.

Director James Keach's chronicle of Glen Campbell's farewell tour shows the singer dealing with his worsening Alzheimer's through warmth, humor and, of course, music. It doesn't, however, flinch from the tougher stuff, which includes the growing burden on Campbell's wife.

* LAST TANGO IN HALIFAX. 8 p.m. Sunday, WHYY12.

Season 3 finds even more changes in the turbulently blended family of Alan (Derek Jacobi) and Celia (Anne Reid) as Rupert Graves ("Sherlock") joins the cast.
