Last night on The Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert announced his second annual own personal music festival.  StePhest Colbchella ‘012: Rocktaugustfest will take place on Friday August 10th on the U.S.S. Intrepid aircraft carrier, which is docked on the west side of Manhattan. All aboard will be Santigold, Grizzly Bear, the Flaming Lips, and fun. Michael Stipe, acting like he was a book, helped Colbert make the announcement. Grandmaster Flash will be the DJ.

"We are gonna rock the boat, which won't be easy because the Intrepid displaces 41,434 tons," Colbert said, adding, "Does Bonnaroo have cruise missiles? I think not," and it's going to be the greatest thing to ever happen on the Hudson River. Suck it, Sullenberger."
