Phoenix, Paramore, Passion Pit and more to play Radio 104.5's birthday concert

Radio 104.5 announced Monday that it will celebrate its sixth birthday with a big concert at the Susquehanna Bank Center in May.

Radio 104.5 announced Monday that it will celebrate its sixth birthday with a big concert at the Susquehanna Bank Center in May.

The birthday bash will feature acts like Phoenix, Paramore, Silversun Pickups, Passion Pit, The Airborne Toxic Event, and twenty | one | pilots.

The show will not only mark the radio station's birthday, but also the return of Phoenix to Philadelphia. It will be the band's first live performance here since they sold out the Electric Factory in 2009. The French band also has a new album, Bankrupt! coming this spring.

Tickets for the Saturday, May 12th concert go on sale Saturday, Feb. 16. Readers who check Radio 104.5's Facebook page Thursday will receive details on a special fan presale happening that day.
