Backstreet Boys announce Philly show & new album

A. J., Howie, Nick, Kevin and Brian are back!

Nick Carter, leading man of 90s boy band sensation Backstreet Boys, announced on Ryan Seacrest's radio show Sunday that the group is reuniting for a 24-city North American summer tour. "All five of us are thrilled to be back together and have the opportunity to play for the greatest fans in the world," Carter said.

The tour marks the group's 20th anniversary, and they are bringing along with them heart-throb opening acts Jesse McCartney and Jersey Shore star DJ Pauly D. The boy band is also releasing a new album, In A World Like This, which is set for a July 30 debut, while the tour will kick off on Aug. 2 in Chicago's Charter One Pavilion.

The Backstreet boys will be coming to the Philadelphia area on Friday, August 16 at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ. Tickets for the "In a World Like This" tour will go on sale Friday, May 17 at 10 a.m.

Fan club members can purchase tickets today, May 15, through BSB's website.
