The movie version of "Where the Wild Things Are," based on Maurice Sendak's beloved children's book, is opening this week. Meanwhile, in Philly, Rosenbach Museum & Library is displaying an exhibit of Sendak's original illustrations. The exhibit, "And It’s Still Hot: Where the Wild Things Are," is on display through Oct. 25. The museum is the sole repository of the Sendak's art and work. The collection includes more than 10,000 pieces. A second exhibit, "Too Many Thoughts to Chew: A Sendak Stew," runs through January 17, and also includes some "Wild Things" art.
