    As usual the elite o the city gather badly dressed to ooh and ahh over an event that does not offer as much as it did the year before last. The theme is not that great and only 2 events we as a group are attending are worth it.I hope whoever does this event next does a theme that more focused on the City of Philadelphia. After all this is on the streets of Philadelphia
