2013 Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts preview

Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts(PIFA) launched its 2013 festival with a preview last night at the Kimmel Center. The night featured samplings of great food, music, selecte performances and the theatrical show "Flash of Time".
