Neo-soul hitmaker Jill Scott has stepped forward with her own story about Harvey Weinstein, claiming that the embattled Hollywood producer once mocked her over her pregnancy.

"When I met Harvey Weinstein, he was rude," Scott, 45, wrote on Twitter last week of the alleged encounter. "In the nastiest tone he said 'Who told you to get pregnant?!' And rolled his eyes in disgust."

Scott, a North Philadelphia native, said that following the encounter, she "stayed away from" Weinstein because "Who acts that way towards a pregnant woman?" Scott did not indicate a timeline for the incident, but her son, Jett Hamilton Roberts, was born in April 2009. In 2009, Scott starred in the HBO series, The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency, which was produced by the Weinstein Company. It was cancelled after one season.

The R&B songstress also wished "power to all women bullied by" men like Weinstein, and added that she may have other similar stories, but did not indicate whether they involved the former Weinstein Company boss.

"What's true is there are stories I will never tell publicly," Scott wrote. "I have my reasons and peace in those areas."

Weinstein himself is currently attending a sex addiction rehab, where Page Six reports he is "already being belligerent." Claims against Weinstein over alleged sexual misconduct are currently under investigation in Los Angeles, New York, and London.

Scott was recently one of the inductees onto Philadelphia's Walk of Fame, along with the LaBelle, Sister Sledge, recording duo McFadden & Whitehead, Chris Schwartz and Joe Nicolo of Ruffhouse Records, gospel artist Sister Rosetta Tharpe, soul group the Soul Survivors, and 98.1 WOGL host Bob Pantano,
