Nope, you don't need Tidal.

Jay-Z is back today with new music in the form of 4:44, his first album since 2013's Magna Carta Holy Grail, and Philly fans have the opportunity to check the release out for free.

Starting at 10 a.m., Power 99 FM will air the 35-minute album in its entirety every two hours, all day long up until midnight. The promotion is part of a deal with parent company iHeartRadio, which is operating similar stunts on some 160 pop, urban, and rhythm music stations through the United States. The album otherwise has been released only to Tidal and Sprint subscribers.

Power 99 FM can be streamed via the iHeart website. Otherwise, fans can stream 4:44 via JAY-Z's streaming service, Tidal, which made the album available to subscribers early this morning.

Jay-Z's 13th album, 4:44 has garnered significant response online, particularly in reference to several lines on the track "Kill Jay-Z." Many fans have interpreted the song as a shot at Kanye West, his Watch the Throne collaborator. Jay-Z appeared to reference West's onstage breakdown last year in which the rapper asked that Hova not send "killers" for him.

"I know people backstab you, I feel bad too," Jay-Z raps on the track. "But you ain't the same, this ain't KumbaYe/But you got hurt because you did cool by 'Ye/ You gave him 20 million without blinkin'/ He gave you 20 minutes on stage, [expletive] was he thinkin'?"

In an explanation of the songs on 4:44 provided to iHeartMedia, JAY-Z wrote that the track is "not meant to be taken literal."

"It's really about the ego," the rapper said. "It's about killing off the ego, so we can have this conversation in a place of vulnerability and honesty."

The track listing for 4:44 is as follows:

  1. "Kill Jay Z"

  2. "The Story of O.J."

  3. "Smile" Feat. Gloria Carter

  4. "Caught Their Eyes" Feat. Frank Ocean

  5. "4:44″

  6. "Family Feud"

  7. "Bam" Feat. Damian Marley

  8. "Moonlight"

  9. "Marcy Me"

  10. "Legacy"
