CHANNEL 6's Kenneth Moton is trading in his "Action News" hat for a Nationals' cap, as he's headed to the nation's capital.

"Kenneth Moton is following his dreams of being a network news correspondent, as he moves on to ABC NewsOne, in Washington, D.C.," said an "Action News" spokesman.

"NewsOne provides news coverage for all of the ABC stations across the country, including WPVI. We will miss his passion and journalistic talents, but we're thrilled to keep him in the ABC family. In fact, our viewers will still see Kenneth on 6ABC 'Action News.' "

Moton follows Shirleen Allicot, who left 6ABC in May to start a new gig at sister station WABC-TV, in New York.

My source at "Action News" says there are no impending hires slated at this time.

"We know both Shirleen and Kenneth will continue to shine as they continue their career journeys in the ABC family," he said.

Moton's "Action News" team congratulated him with a giant cake last week reading, "Mr. Moton Goes to Washington."

The raunchier the better

Calling all stand-up comics - especially those particularly tickled with jokes about masturbation, sex, porn and other phallic references. Philly DJ "The Reverend" Bob Levy is seeking the comics who work "blue" for a comedy contest he's judging.

Levy, a Howard Stern regular, claims to be the best in the world at irreverent humor. Levy hosts "Rising with The Reverend Bob Levy" on WNJC (1360-AM), "Philly's Renaissance Radio Station."

He'll be helping present, curate and oversee a competition of the raunchiest comics with the help of the free online adult entertainment website YouPorn.

"I'm like the heavyweight champion of this s---," Levy told me.

"Since nobody can take it from me, I have to give it to somebody . . . anybody can be dirty, but if you're not funny, you're never going to make money doing this . . . when you can actually go on stage and say something so offensive, but you've already charmed the hell out of them, like me . . . it's going to push you to another level."

YouPorn yesterday announced the launch of the "Last Comic Fapping," the comedy contest with Levy. Comics can submit a reel of their best stuff to YouPorn's landing page now through 12 a.m. on July 31.

They're looking for the Internet's raunchiest comic, both amateur and seasoned alike - to win a $2,500 cash prize, an all-expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles and a chance to entertain a live crowd at L.A.'s famous Comedy Store, on Sunset Boulevard, with "The Reverend."

All entries must be presented as uploaded clips on YouTube, with a minimum of one minute and a maximum limit of five minutes in length.

Yet to be discovered . . .

Actor and TV personality Adam Richman hosts Travel Channel's "Man Finds Food," and recently took his appetite to Philly to unearth some new culinary discoveries.

Yesterday, Richman trolled a few hidden dishes in some of Philly's more off-the-grid bars and restaurants. In the episode, "City of Brotherly Chub," Richman went to the Piazza's PYT (1050 N. Hancock St.) to devour their off-the-menu item, the Fried Chicken and Beer Burger. His next stop was Old City's National Mechanics (22 S. 3rd St.), where he tasted another rare item, classic Chili Pie. Richman finished off the day with a trip to Federal Donuts (1632 Sansom St.), where he ate Dill Pickle Glazed Fried Chicken. Last stop was the Ranstead Room (2013 Ranstead St.), in Rittenhouse Square, with a bite of their Albondigas Sandwich.
