Flo Rida's red carpet workout for Main Liners

Ke$ha, T-Pain comrade Flo Rida whips some lucky local kids into shape

SUNSHINE STATE Rapper Flo Rida, a/k/a Tramar Lacel Dillard, made a stop in Bala Cynwyd on Tuesday to teach his new fitness regimen to an exclusive group at AFC Fitness (601 Righters Ferry Road, Bala Cynwyd).

Dillard, 35, is promoting his new FLO Fit program, which promises to get you in the best shape of your life with his high-intensity workout plan and DVD set.

According to AFC Fitness president Matt Littman, about 30 participants got a FLO Fit tutorial from the Grammy-nominated hip-hop artist at 3 p.m. Tuesday.

"This [appearance] was one and done," Littman said. "It's the only place in the country he's doing that.

"It was very intimate. He couldn't have been any nicer to the kids. He did a meet-and-greet and shook hands and said hi to everybody afterwards."

OUT AND ABOUT

* "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Bones" actor David Boreanaz walked into Rittenhouse Square's premier steak house, Barclay Prime, on Sunday night. Barclay staffers tell me that the TV star chowed down on steaks with friend and business partner Aaron Ravo after attending the 2015 Philadelphia Flyers Wives Carnival. The carnival is one of the oldest and biggest one-day charity events, benefiting hundreds of nonprofits throughout the Philadelphia region.

Boreanaz and Ravo are creators of Chrome Girl nail polish, a beauty brand that features an exclusive line of official NHL colors.

* Former state Sen. Vince Fumo was spotted having lunch at the Capital Grille (1338 Chestnut St.) on Tuesday. Witnesses tell me that he dined with retired Common Pleas Judge Annette M. Rizzo, sat in his favorite booth and tipped well.

No credit needed for masked do-gooders

Some will have to look past the masks tomorrow to spot some of your favorite notables in town for the third annual UNCF Mayor's Masked Ball, Michael Nutter's last as chief executive of Philadelphia.

This year's signature fundraising event for local chapters of the United Negro College Fund is expected to feature appearances by Nutter, his wife, Lisa, and several other local celebrities, as well as M.A.S.K.E.D. (Mankind Assisting Students to Kindle Educational Dreams) Award nominees. Nominees include Craig L. Adams, PECO president and CEO; Joseph M. Casey, SEPTA general manager; and Constance Clayton, former Philadelphia School District superintendent.

Sightings of Fox 29's Joyce Evans and Quincy Harris, Project Runway's Dom Streater and WE tv's "Match Made in Heaven" designer Shawn Bullard are also on the radar.

The event will be held tomorrow night at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (1101 Arch St.).
