JUSTIN BIEBER can cross another item off his bucket list:

Peeing in one.

In a move sure to make Selena Gomez proud she's back with him, Bieber reportedly whizzed in a kitchen mop bucket earlier this year while partying at a New York nightclub.

(Note to Philly nightclub owners: The Biebs "performs" here on Wednesday.)

TMZ.com released a video of Bieber's antic - would it be fair to say the footage was leaked? What about streamed? - while his buddies describe the action.

USA Today said one young, male voice noted that it's a moment they should all remember because it's so much cooler than using a restroom.

Yeah? See how cool it is when someone pisses in your kitchen.

After finishing his business, Bieber sprayed a photo of Bill Clinton with some type of liquid and cursed at the former president.

It's incredible how quickly a minimally talented, bony haircut can morph into a giant a-hole.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the council of the Writers Guild of America, East, is bringing Joan Rivers before a three-person board to address the union's concern that she violated rules by acting as a show-runner on E!'s "Fashion Police" during a WGA strike.

Writers Guild members have been on strike against "Fashion Police" since April 17 in an effort to secure union wages and more.

"We are distressed by reports that Joan Rivers, who worked so hard to create an illustrious career, turned her back on other writers who are still building careers of their own," said Michael Winship, WGAE president. "We cannot prejudge the outcome, but we can say that it is a very serious matter when a member is accused of writing and show-running on a noncovered show, and continuing to do so after the other writers have decided to go on strike for reasonable pay and benefits."

Yesterday's Tattle had an item about Harvey Weinstein's battle with big, bad Warner Bros. over the name for the upcoming Lee Daniels movie, "The Butler."

Yesterday morning we received an email from Joyce Moore, wife of legendary R&B singer Sam Moore (Sam & Dave [Prater]), over the Moores' battle with Weinstein over the 2008 Bernie Mac-Samuel L. Jackson movie "Soul Men," which they claim is based on the lives of the duo who scored their biggest hit with the song "Soul Man." The movie even appropriated another Sam & Dave hit, "Hold On, I'm Comin.' "

The Moores' suit was filed in 2009. It will be heard in the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati on July 26.

He said he would be back and he is: Arnold Schwarzenegger is in demand again.

While in Australia attending the 21st Century Financial Education Summit, Ah-nuld confirmed his role in the "The Expendables 3" and said that shooting is due to kick off in LA in August.

The movie will return stars Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone, Randy Couture, Jet Li, Mickey Rourke and Dolph Lundgren, but possible new additions include Nicolas Cage, Wesley Snipes, Jackie Chan and Milla Jovovich.

A source, however, told Tattle Comics Guy/action-film reporter Jerome Maida that Chan has turned down Stallone's offer because he would rather do a buddy picture with Stallone.

Ah-nuld also will be reprising the role of Conan in "The Legend of Conan," and he'll be in "Terminator 5" as well.

How, Maida asks, can he play, at his age, an android that doesn't age? Examiner.com said the script will take place in the 1950s with Arnold playing a heroic figure close to Sarah Connor's parents. SkyNet then eventually creates a Terminator in his likeness because of his association with the Connor family.

* Fox News may have lost Glenn Beck, but it's gained Hasselbeck.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, announced yesterday on "The View," where she's been a co-host for 10 years, that she is leaving the morning chat show to replace Gretchen Carlson on "Fox & Friends" in September.

There was much mutual gushing, and Elisabeth had high praise for Barbara Walters and Whoopi Goldberg.

"I even like it when Joy [Behar] has been able to throw a one-liner in and make me laugh even when I don't want to," she said.

* Brazilian police say they have arrested a French movie producer wanted in his home country on international drug-trafficking charges.

The Federal Police office in Rio de Janeiro said in a brief statement that Marc Alain Francois Gouyou Beauchamps was arrested Tuesday on a French extradition request. The statement says Beauchamps had been sought since 2011. It provided no further details.

Beauchamps was a co-producer of Brazil's hit 2002 movie "City of God," which, in part, is about a drug dealer.

* James Franco will be on Comedy Central on Labor Day for the network's annual roast. It must be a coincidence, but Franco's documentary "Francophrenia" will debut on Comedy Central VOD following the special.

* Sotheby's says the manuscript of Irish writer Samuel Beckett's first novel has sold at auction for $1.4 million.

Britain's University of Reading bought Murphy, written in 1935-36. The university's vice chancellor, David Bell, said that acquiring the manuscript "will provide unparalleled opportunities to learn more about one of the greatest writers in living memory, if not all time."

The University of Reading will claim the manuscript when it pays up. Sotheby's, in turn, is waiting for good dough.
