It seems that Carrie wanted more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with pageant officials, but the number came down - way down - when a lawyer for the pageant popped in a home video of Carrie at work . . . on herself.

It's just so wrong when self-righteous beauty-pageant contestants give themselves the finger.

So, maybe Carrie's nudie shots were a onetime (or two-time thing) - but who knew there was also a XXX video?

According to TMZ, the video is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly (see how long that lasts; she's got a book coming out).

TMZ also reports that it can vouch for the video because the Web site obtained it months ago and chose not to stream it.

TMZ reports that about 15 seconds into the video, Carrie's demands were all wet.

The pageant will pay about $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist, a small piece of what she owes them, and th-th-th-that's all, folks.

* It's been a while since the Parents Television Council has had its knickers in a bunch, but the group has been spurred by on-air promos for a threesome on an episode of "Gossip Girl" to ask affiliates of the CW network to preempt the show.

Airing the teen tryst, which is being teased in an ad as a "3SOME," is "reckless and irresponsible," said PTC President Tim Winter in a statement yesterday. The threesome involves three main characters in the show, but they are not identified in the promos.

In a letter to the affiliates, Winter asked: "Will you now be complicit in establishing a precedent and expectation that teenagers should engage in behaviors heretofore associated primarily with adult films?"

The network had no comment on PTC's complaint, but it really wants to say, "Thank you."

Us Weekly says that Josh Duhamel cheated on his wife, Fergie, with Atlanta stripper Nicole Forrester.

Forrester's attorney, Romin Alavi, told Us that "Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie ['Life As We Know It']."

Additionally, during San Francisco's JV on Wild 94.9 radio show on Oct. 30, a Serena called in to say that Josh had slept with her best friend while filming the "Transformers" sequel at a New Mexico Air Force base.
