The president of the Association of Prostitutes (yep, it's a thing) in Belo Horizonte, Brazil says that prostitutes are beginning to enroll in English classes in advance of the Confederations Cup and the 2014 World Cup (that's soccer, youse guys).

According to ESPN, Cida Vieira says that she expects at least 300 of the Association of Prostitutes' 4,000 members to enroll in the courses. The organization is hosting the classes and searching for volunteers to teach the prostitutes the language.

"It will be important for the girls who will be able to use English to let their clients know what they are charging and learn about what turns them on," Vieira said by telephone.
