Prominent Philadelphia street art blog The Streets Dept this morning posted a photo of the Native American figures surrounding the Swann Fountain donning explicit leathery S&M gear.

The fountain was installed in 1924 and designed by Alexander Stirling Calder and Wilson Eyre to memorialize Dr. Wilson Cary Swann, who founded the Philadelphia Fountain Society.

The three statues symbolize Philadelphia area streams, the Wissahickon, Delaware, and the Schuylkill.

No one has come forward to take responsibility for this bold prank yet.
