Gutenberg - The Musical Doug Simon and Bud Davenport are authors of a big, splashy new musical about printing press inventor Johann Gutenberg. In need of support they perform a backers' audition for New York producers. They have no actors, no sets, no costumes. But Bud & Doug can sing, dance and most important, they have hats.
