Pearl Jam, D'Angelo, and Philly-raised Santigold have been confirmed among artists performing at the Budweiser Made in America Festival which Jay-Z and Mayor Nutter announced one week ago at the Art Museum.
The two-day concert festival takes place Sept. 1 and Sept. 2 along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
A screen capture of what appears to be a Ticketmaster goof made its way around Facebook over the weekend.
Cold Pizza Band originally posted a photo, seemingly a premature Ticketmaster listing that named artists such as those above, along with Skrillex, Afrojack, Odd Future, Miike Snow as performing at the festival.
LiveNation is expected to announce the full roster today, and spokespeople for the concert promoter didn't immediately return a request for comment this morning.
Tickets, which include a $99 two-day pass option, are to go on sale Wednesday at Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com.
UPDATE: The Dirty Projectors, X, Janelle Monae, Maybach Music (featuring Rick Ross, North Philly's Meek Mill and Wale) and Passion Pit are among other artists LiveNation has announced though the complete line-up has yet to be revealed. Drake, who was included among artists on the Ticketmaster goof, has not yet been confirmed, but that could change, we're told. Also, not yet confirmed is Beyonce, though Jay-Z hinted last week that he wanted his wife to perform.
I love Pearl Jam. steven q urkel

Pearl Jam the undisputed best rock band since the freakish otherwordly rock bands of the 70's. I guess you could throw U-2 in there as a bridge that saved the 80's from a complete rock n roll collapse. joe smith
wow...!!! pearl jam!!! they've been pretty relevant over the past 15 yrs. how could i not go? be nice if they'd disclose just how much of the $ will be going to charity. pretty sure most of the money is going into obamas election coffers. sounds like a dbag festival to me. FBO4ever
Pearl Jam could carry this whole gig for the 2 days.....all the others can stay home, or hang out and watch a real band, with actual instruments, no techno mixes or dancers in the background. btbenz
PJ is a mega band with staying power, 20 years at the top.....strangely paired here with alot of (barely) 2nd-3rd tier folks--are they just carrying PJ's equipment? btbenz
I really hope this doesn't turn out to be some rumor or hoax. Pearl Jam alone with worth the cost of admission. Cheesesteak
Pearl Jam?? Yawn!! Obama?? Yawn!! mvp15
