People around the world might be going nuts over the Royal Baby, but there is also something else from Britain creating a sensation on Monday.

British boy-band One Direction premiered the music video for their latest single, "Best Song Ever," and tween girls are all in a dizzy over the head-nodding beat and adorably goofy theatrics.

The X Factor UK finalists can add acting to their repertoires as they take on dual roles for the video. Not only do they act as themselves, but they also appear as a record label team scheming a makeover for the globally popular One Direction image. Much to fans' relief, the boys slam down all the silly suggestions to give their image a '90s spin. And naturally, they continue to sing and dance in their characteristically adorkable manner.

The song itself is usual One Direction fare - it's a carefree tune with catchy guitar riffs and sweeter-than-candy lyrics.

The group hyped up the music video with teaser clips posted on social media last week, and anxious fans around the world can now finally squeal with approval.

The single will lead the group's promotion for their highly anticipated 3D movie, This Is Us, which arrives in theaters on August 30. The music video includes snippets of behind-the-scenes footage from the film.

Can't wait until August to see Louis, Niall, Harry, Liam and Zayn in 3D? Philly Directioners can buy all things 1D at the band's local pop-up store - but go now, since its doors will close for good on July 28!
