Tonight, TV will be overflowing with fresh content for the first time since May sweeps.

Three new shows will debut, a bunch of hits will have season premieres, and two popular dramas will unfold their season finales.

NEW

Gotham (8 p.m. Eastern time, Fox ) about Batman's burg when Bruce Wayne was just a boy.
Scorpion (9 p.m., CBS), about crisis team of geniuses.
Forever (10 p.m., ABC), about a medical examiner who can't be killed

Gotham and Scorpion are two of "Four new series to make time for," according to Inquirer TV critic David Hiltbrand. He also likes as Madame Secretary (which debuted Sunday) and How to Get Away With Murder (10 p.m. Thursday, ABC). Ellen Gray of the Daily News has more details on all three of tonight's newcomers.

HALF-NEW

The Voice (8 p.m, NBC). Pharrell and Gewn Stefani join the panel of four judges, with Adam Levine and Blake Shelton back for more chair spins, steals and battle rounds.

SEASON PREMIERES

The Big Bang Theory (8 p.m. AND 8:30 p.m., CBS) TV's most popular comedy is back with geniuses we can laugh at.

Sleepy Hollow (9 p.m. Fox) Demonic other-worldly apocalyptic insanity, with a dose of American history -- what more could you want?

The Blacklist (10 p.m, NBC) Master criminal Raymond Reddington, who got away with murder while helping the FBI, is back, trying to save his own neck with help of ex-agent Elizabeth Keen.

SEASON FINALES

Under the Dome (10 p.m. CBS) Trapped like rats inside a bombproof bubble, people realize the laws of physics don't apply, they might be going crazy, or they're fictional victims of Stephen King having way too much fun torturing his audience.

Dallas (9 p.m., TNT) The back-stabbing, double-crossing and panting passions head for another gasp-inducing cliff-hanger, we're guessing.

ALSO

Dancing With the Stars (8 p.m., ABC) and America's Next Top Model (9 p.m., CW) continue their flashy, fleshy competitions.
