Knockout performance on ‘The Voice’

They’ve reached the Live Playoff rounds of NBC’s The Voice. Monday night saw members of Adam Levine’s troupe facing off with Blake Shelton’s squad. But the performance you have to see (and hear) was something of a wild card, because, after all, Adam had swiped Amanda Brown from Cee-Lo’s brood.

Watch as Brown tears the roof off the building with this electric cover of Aerosmith’s “Dream on”.

If that performance seems just outrageously polished, well, Brown has had a little practice with the song. Here is a video of her belting it out early this year, pre-Voice, at the Village Underground club in Manhattan. As the lyrics say, “Dream until your dreams come true.”
