'Greatest' sports commercial ever? Because Mike Tyson and Dennis Rodman

The newest commercial advertisement starring the NBA's rising star Kyrie Irving attempts to give closure to some sports stories you probably didn't think needed any closure.

The newest commercial advertisement starring the NBA's rising star Kyrie Irving attempts to give closure to some sports stories you probably didn't think needed any closure.

And in the age of the Internet and Youtube, filming things like having Mike Tyson return an ear chunk to Evander Holyfield no longer require a legitimate answer to the inevitable question: "Why?"

Nowadays, all the reason you need is "...because."

Highlights from the commercial (which can be seen below):

  1. The aforementioned Tyson ringing Holyfield's doorbell and presenting gift-wrapped flesh. They eventually hug it out.

  2. NFL great Brett Favre in a lightbulb flickering on moment realizing his playing days are finally over.

  3. Former NBA rebounding champ Dennis Rodman purchasing a one-way ticket to North Korea — and passersby rejoicing when they overhear that "The Worm" is going and never coming back.

Toward the end of the one-minute video — which is titled "Week of Greatness — Irving says, "I don't know. Things just feel different."

He's right. Why? Because.
