Crappy neighbor to hand out notes shaming fat kids on Halloween

Snickers. Reese's. Butterfingers. Skittles. Maybe Milky Ways if that's your thing. Really, the list of things that are appropriate to hand out on Halloween is much more limited than a lot of people realize.

Sure, you can go down to Wegmans and load up on a billion different kinds of candy. But, kids will throw your homemade ghost cupcakes into the trash because they don't want to bite into a razor blade and they're going to come back and egg your house if you try to pull some tofu health bar bullsh**.

In North Dakota, though, one woman is seemingly willing to spend the rest of 2013 pulling toilet paper off of her roof because she's handing out notes to chubby kids to remind them that they're chubby.

Seriously, a Fargo woman plans to give notes to children who appear "moderately obese" in hopes that the message will shame their parents into rationing their supply of Halloween candy.

Suddenly that guy who gave out Dr. Pepper pencils in my neighborhood doesn't seem like such an a**hole anymore. [h/t Gawker]
