Everyone wants a piece of Lady Gaga.

The pop star, who's not exactly a recluse  -- on Monday, she was co-hosting ABC's "The View" --  will be interviewed by fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier for a Sept. 12 special titled "Gaga by Gaultier."

On the CW.

Yes, the home of "Gossip Girl" -- where Gaga made a cameo in November 2009 -- and where execs are hoping to use the 1 hour, 15-minute interview, conducted at "Gaultier's fabulous atelier in Paris," to promote its fall shows.

Immediately following "Gaga by Gaultier": "The CW 2011 Fall Preview Special," hosted by Maggie Q ("Nikita") and Kristoffer Polaha ("Ringer"). The network's season kicks off the following night with the season premiere of "90210" and the debut of "Ringer," which represents Sarah Michelle Gellar's ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer") return to television.

"Gaga by Gaultier," by the way, isn't a CW production. It's a show that's already aired in France.

"It's all in English," CW president Mark Pedowitz said, the French having seen it that way, too.

Here's a taste of what aired in France.
