A torrent of creative weirdness
The Live Arts Festival/Philly Fringe, launched modestly if ambitiously 11 years ago, is now one of the nation's powerhouse arts events. Last year it drew 45,000 people to free or ticketed events, mostly layered in dense nightly schedules.
