Held in the former Bok Technical High School's basement, this Halloween night affair is adults only, and costumes are required. Attendees can look forward to late-night snacks, free booze, and live entertainment, all in one of the spookiest basements in South Philly.

The Fillmore celebrates its one-year anniversary on Halloween, and they're marking the occasion with — what else? — a roller skating Halloween dance party. This 21-plus shindig features music from DJ Deejay and DJ Royale, and skate rentals are included in the cost of admission.

For Halloween night, North Bowl turns its outdoor lot into a fall party zone with the addition of lawn games, bowling, hot cider, free candy, food and drink specials, and caricature drawings. The event is all ages up until 9 p.m., and kids under 12 can bowl for free.
