Kevin Hart Presents: Hart of the City.

Philadelphia's Hart visits eight cities, including his hometown, in a new series in which he spotlights rising young comedians. First stop's Atlanta. 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Comedy Central.

Timeless. From Shawn Ryan (The Shield) and Eric Kripke (Supernatural) comes a new time-travel show starring Abigail Spencer (Rectify) as a historian sent back to the past as part of a team trying to keep a criminal (Goran Visnjic, ER) from screwing up the present. 10 p.m. Monday, NBC.

No Tomorrow. Time travel's all very well, but what if the present is all we have? Tori Anderson (Killjoys) stars as a woman whose life is turned upside down after meeting a man (Joshua Sasse, Galavant) who's convinced the end of the world is just around the corner. 9 p.m. Tuesday, CW.

Frequency. Peyton List, Riley Smith, and Mekhi Phifer (ER) star in a new series, inspired by the 2000 movie, in which List plays a detective who, after connecting with her long-dead father via ham radio, tries to reach back over the years to save his life. 9 p.m. Wednesday, CW.

Saturday Night Live. Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda gets his shot at hosting SNL in the second episode of the season. Musical guest: Twenty One Pilots (though it wouldn't exactly be a surprise if Miranda did a bit of singing). 11:29 p.m., NBC.
