Anthony Hopkins and Ian McKellen conduct a master class in acting in the latest incarnation of Ronald Harwood's World War II-set play about an aging Shakespearean actor (Hopkins) and the longtime assistant (McKellen) who's trying to keep his employer from going off the rails. 9 p.m. Monday on Starz.

Cleverman. Racial politics meet sci-fi in this new Australian drama in which the emergence of a group of people with extraordinary powers leads to their subjugation. Hunter Page-Lochard and Rob Collins play estranged brothers, one of whom unexpectedly inherits the otherworldly title role.
